ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Bobbi Campbell - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations. 
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...
  • Salary Range $30,000 - $40,000 + Commission
  • Bonus based on performance
  • Regular Schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm - Occasional events in the evening or weekend

Requirements
  • Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • People-oriented

  • Detail oriented
  • Proactive Problem Solver
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
  • Property and Casualty license (must obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must obtain)
  • Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education
